A well-established financial services firm is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support one of its General Partners during a short-term leave starting ASAP for 2-3 months (through July 2026, possible to end sooner depending on current employee’s return). this role requires 4 days on-site with Fridays remote.
This position will provide high-level administrative support while partnering closely with a collaborative, approachable EA team of two additional members, both who are tenured with the organization, and are willing to jump in and cover one another seamlessly. Pay rate up to $55/hour DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Process expense reports (Concur)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders
- Assist with document management and obtaining signatures
- Provide ad hoc administrative and occasional personal support
- Partner with other EAs to ensure seamless coverage across the team
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial services or a hedge fund
- Strong calendar management skills (this is a core function)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Adaptable and collaborative with a flexible, team-first mindset
- Professional but not overly formal – able to navigate different personalities and working styles
- Experience with Outlook, Teams, and Concur
Additional Details:
- 4 days onsite in NYC, Fridays remote
