Our client, an investment firm located in Manhattan, is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Part-Time Office Manager to join their team. This position will start as soon as possible and will be on-site Tuesday through Thursday between the hours of 9:00am-3:00pm. The role will start 3 days a week in their Manhattan office and then will split time between their Greenwich, Connecticut office in July, twice a week, once it opens. Compensation is 70-75K.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations across NYC and Greenwich offices
- Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and vendors
- Follow and maintain an office checklist provided by the manager
- Support general administrative and HR-related office needs
- Assist with office setup and transition as Greenwich office opens
Qualifications:
- Prior Office Manager experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
- Flexible and reliable with part-time schedule
