A leading private investment organization headquartered in St. Louis is seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to several senior leaders, including the General Counsel, CFO, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, and Senior Vice President, Portfolio Financial Operations. This role is ideal for a polished, organized professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings strong judgment, discretion, and operational rigor to their work. The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination of executive priorities while partnering closely across teams and portfolio businesses.
THE ROLE:
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to multiple senior leaders, serving as a reliable point of coordination across calendars, meetings, and priorities.
* Manage complex calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts with professionalism and efficiency.
* Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and itineraries.
* Prepare and compile presentations, reports, and executive materials to support leadership and team initiatives.
* Partner across departments and with portfolio businesses to support communication, scheduling, and reporting processes.
* Assist with general accounting and administrative processes, including invoice tracking, payables, and organization of financial documentation.
* Collaborate with portfolio business leaders to ensure timely and complete monthly reporting submissions.
YOU:
* 1-5 years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally within private equity, finance, or a multi‑entity organization.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and PDF tools.
* Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information.
