Our client, an association organization is seeking a Dayforce HRIS Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Alexandria, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Serve as the primary HRIS administrator and subject matter expert for Dayforce
- Manage HRIS configuration, data integrity, and system optimization across HR, payroll, and benefits
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Compliance, and Finance to support accurate employee data and reporting
- Maintain workflows, access controls, and integrations to ensure compliance and system functionality
- Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave configuration
- Produce standard and ad‑hoc HR, payroll, and compliance reports
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, and ongoing HRIS process improvements
About You:
- Hands‑on experience administering Dayforce is required
- Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and HR compliance in a multi‑state environment
- Experience managing HRIS configuration, reporting, integrations, and data audits
- Advanced reporting and data analysis skills
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing complex systems
- Able to partner cross‑functionally and act as a trusted HRIS resource
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: 3 months, with potential to extend
- $45-$60/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (40 hours/week)
