Our client, an association, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and digital platforms
- Deploy campaigns tied to revenue‑generating initiatives (events, education, membership, sales)
- Manage outbound communications and member‑facing content
- Assist with marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, and CRM/database management
- Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with broader campaign strategies
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent messaging and execution
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and analytics
- Provide general administrative and operational marketing support as needed
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals, campaign execution, and content strategy
- Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, email marketing tools
- Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: 60-90 days (with potential to extend)
- $27-$30/hr
- Permanent Salary Range: $60K-$70K
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- Hybrid: 3-4 days onsite
