Our client, a national trade association is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to convert in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels
- Manage outbound communications and assist with content creation
- Coordinate campaign deployment tied to events, membership, and revenue initiatives
- Assist with marketing automation, audience segmentation, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Schedule and publish marketing content aligned with campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Track campaign performance and support reporting and analytics
- Provide general administrative and operational marketing support
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of marketing or communications experience
- Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, and CMS tools
- Understanding of campaign execution, audience targeting, and content strategy
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools a plus
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: 2-3 months
- $27-$30/hr
- Perm Salary Range: $60K-$70K
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite
