Our client, a real estate firm, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to become permanent in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing tours and information about the community
- Guide prospects through the leasing and application process while building strong relationships
- Deliver high‑level customer service to current and prospective residents
- Utilize leasing and CRM systems to track leads, update records, and manage daily activity
- Support general administrative and front‑office functions
- Assist with community events and initiatives that enhance resident experience
- Occasionally support leasing efforts at other nearby properties as needed
About You:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Customer‑focused with a natural sales mindset
- Energetic, personable, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people
- Background in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or sales preferred
- Leasing or property management experience a plus
- Tech‑comfortable and quick to learn new systems
- Reliable, adaptable, and interested in long‑term growth opportunities
About The Position:
- Start Date: Within the next two weeks
- Temporary with strong potential to convert
- Schedule: 5 days/week (one weekend day required), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- One weekend day required
- $21-$24/hr
- Conversion Salary: $48K-$58K
