Our client, a global investment organization, is seeking a polished, highly capable Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within the infrastructure investment team. This is a heavier‑lift EA role designed for someone who thrives on complexity, anticipates issues before they arise, and takes real ownership of executive time. The role is ideal for a sharp, business‑savvy EA who enjoys untangling complex calendars, managing constant change, and operating with a high degree of autonomy. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with a hybrid 4/1 schedule and a work‑from‑anywhere period in August.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level executive support to multiple Infrastructure investment professionals
- Own complex, high‑volume calendar management with a forward‑looking mindset
- Proactively scan calendars weeks and months ahead to flag conflicts and protect executive time
- Block travel and key annual commitments well in advance, even before trips or conferences are confirmed
- Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel with constant rebooking across time zones
- Maintain transparency and alignment with internal and external stakeholders as schedules shift
- Manage prioritization across competing demands, presenting well‑reasoned options when conflicts arise
- Partner closely with a global EA network across Europe, the UK, and APAC
- Translate informal executive requests into structured, executable plans
- Prepare, update, and distribute presentations and meeting materials
- Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 3-6+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a fast‑paced professional environment
- Strong background in calendar management and complex logistics
- Comfortable working in an international, matrixed organization
- Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritize and re‑prioritize quickly
- Polished, confident communicator with strong executive presence
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools
- Team‑oriented mindset with a “can‑do” attitude and strong follow‑through
- Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $127K-$130K base salary + discretionary bonus
