Our client, a real estate services organization is seeking a Senior Property Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Alexandria, Viriginia.
About The Job:
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Property Manager and property management team
- Support leasing and property operations, including lease setup, changes, and documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, owners, and visitors
- Maintain lease, property, vendor, insurance, and tenant files and records
- Assist with financial and operational tasks, including invoices, rebills, reports, and spreadsheets
- Coordinate contracts, service agreements, bids, and approved invoices
- Support reporting, budgeting preparation, and general office operations
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in a commercial property environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: 3 months with potential to extend!
- $28-$33/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
- 100% onsite
