This role is fully onsite, with hours of 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and pays $25/hour. Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve client and expert inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Monitor incoming requests and escalate trends to internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance)
- Support user onboarding through email and phone communication
- Develop a strong understanding of the platform to anticipate user needs
- Identify and document technical issues for internal teams
- Assist with reviewing new expert profiles for marketplace readiness
- Support expert engagement and help improve their platform presence
- Collaborate with internal teams to match experts to opportunities
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a related field
- Strong customer service and technical aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup environment
