Our client, a real estate services company, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Baltimore, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Serve as on‑site support for facility operations in a high‑touch headquarters environment
- Respond to high‑volume emails, dispatch service requests, and close work tickets
- Coordinate and monitor vendors, contractors, and service providers on site
- Support financial processes including purchase orders, accruals, and tracker updates
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and support safety and building procedures
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Support projects, KPIs, and service‑level commitments as needed
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Customer‑service driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting
- Confident working independently while collaborating with internal teams and vendors
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
- Comfortable in a computer‑heavy role with email, ticketing, and tracking systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- $25-$26/hr
- Location: Fully on‑site
