Our client, a global asset management firm, is looking for a long-term temp to support 5 professionals from their Central Legal Litigation team. This role starts ASAP (as soon as we can find the right person) and has an open-ended temp contract. This role is fully onsite Mon-Fri in their Midtown East office. Standard daily hours are 8 or 8:30am-6pm + OT as needed. 30-minute lunch break. Laptop will be provided to use after hours/ at home. Hourly pay rate is $45/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling/ calendar management for a team of 5 busy professionals
- Booking travel
- Reconciling expenses
- Answering the phones
- Ad hoc admin tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years administrative experience
- Strong scheduling/ calendar management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with discretion and keep sensitive information confidential
- Proficient in MS Office Suite & Concur
- Zoom Phone experience ideal
- Ability to balance competing priorities
- Degree required
