We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing information, assistance, and personalized service to all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
- Provide directions, mall directories, and information on stores, events, and promotions
- Assist with guest services such as gift card sales, stroller/wheelchair rentals, and lost & found
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotions within the center
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked concierge desk
- Coordinate with security and management as needed to ensure a safe environment
- Track and report guest interactions and feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ year of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
