Our client, a nonprofit professional association, is seeking a Committees & Awards Program Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Linthicum, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Manage the full lifecycle of committee appointments and volunteer tracking
- Coordinate awards programs, including nominations, selection, and communications
- Maintain databases and systems for committees and awards programs
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal staff on committee-related matters
- Draft program documentation, reports, and communications
- Oversee compliance tracking, including disclosures and data accuracy
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of database and program management experience
- Experience with CRM/database systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Comfort working with diverse stakeholders
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $28-$33/hr
- Perm Salary Range: $73K-75K
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, (9am-5:30pm)
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite in Linthicum, MD
