What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for both corporate and field-based positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and program leaders to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, ATS workflows, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Build diverse candidate pipelines across a variety of functions including fundraising, advocacy, marketing, operations, and corporate support roles
- Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation activities
- Ensure recruiting processes align with employment laws and internal best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience supporting multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience recruiting for corporate and/or field-based roles
- Ability to work with a wide range of personalities, from program leaders and fundraisers to scientists and executives
- ATS experience required (UKG experience is a plus)
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and presentation skills
