Our client, a growing biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their HR team in a hybrid capacity based in Burlington, MA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $30.55-$33.33/hour, with a Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule and three days onsite (Monday-Wednesday). Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR database accuracy
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR-related documentation
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries
- Assist with payroll coordination and HR reporting
- Maintain HR files in compliance with company policies
- Support audits, compliance processes, and reporting needs
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Candidate Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR processes and basic employment law concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
