Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Global Advisory group within a high‑volume financial advisory environment. This is a team‑support role with primary coverage for a senior leader, requiring strong judgment, proactive calendar management, and the ability to coordinate complex logistics across global time zones. The position is based in New York City and offers paid overtime, bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide executive‑level administrative support with priority coverage for a senior leader within the Geopolitical Advisory group
  2. Manage complex calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings across stakeholders
  3. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, car service, and visa/passport considerations
  4. Anticipate scheduling conflicts across time zones and proactively propose solutions
  5. Maintain awareness of executive preferences, including travel logistics and dietary considerations
  6. Conduct research and preparation for meetings, including briefing materials and background support
  7. Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
  8. Serve as a professional, client‑facing point of contact for internal and external parties
  9. Maintain discretion and professionalism while handling sensitive information

Qualifications:

  1. 5-7+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  2. Background in financial services strongly preferred; management consulting or similarly high‑volume professional environments also considered
  3. Proven strength in calendar management and global travel coordination
  4. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Concur is a strong plus
  8. Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation/Benefits:

  1. Up to $115K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
