Our client, a leading real estate investment firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Davie, Florida.
About The Job:
* Provide administrative support to a property management team
* Manage calendars, scheduling, and general office coordination
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents
* Maintain organized filing systems and records
* Serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors
* Assist with office operations and support special projects
About You:
* 5+ years of administrative or office support experience required
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
* Experience in property management or real estate is a plus
About The Position:
* Start Date: Ideally June 8, 2026
* $30-$34/hr
* Duration: 3-month contract
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
* 100% onsite
* Reliable transportation required
