Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their sales team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
* Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
* Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
* Source candidates through job boards, networking, and targeted outreach
* Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and assessments
* Act as a recruiting consultant to guide hiring managers through the process
* Support onboarding, background checks, and recruiting operations
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in B2B sales environments
* Experience recruiting for sales-focused roles (e.g., Account Executives, SDRs)
* Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques
* Experience with Workday or similar ATS required
* Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of HR and recruiting best practices
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* $35-$38/hr
* Perm Salary Range: $90K-95K
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
* Hybrid: 4 days onsite
