Our client is seeking to hire an Administrative Receptionist to support their Miami, Florida office. Hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm daily, with flexibility as needed. This position requires Monday-Friday on-site and the ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, positive energy, and is committed to providing high-touch service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the office by welcoming clients/guests as they arrive
- Manage boardroom(s) availability and VCC connections
- Distribute all incoming mail and prepare all outgoing mail
- Keep stock room, print area, and kitchen tidy and organized
- Sort data and prepare expense reports
- Arrange flights, hotel, car services etc.
- Manage calendars: enter travel data, coordinate and setup internal/external meetings
- Print and bind presentation materials
- Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related reception and administrative support experience; financial services experience is a plus!
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer software programs including Microsoft Office
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to 70K (overtime eligible + Discretionary Bonus)
