Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary assignment with potential to extend in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide administrative support to curriculum and learning design teams
- Format and prepare training materials to ensure consistency and professionalism
- Upload, update, and maintain course materials within learning management systems (LMS)
- Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring standardized naming conventions and accessibility
- Coordinate work orders, track tasks, and follow up on progress across team members
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, reporting, and general administrative functions
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative, training, or support experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort learning new systems and technologies
- Experience with document formatting and digital workflows preferred
- Familiarity with LMS platforms or training environments is a plus
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $26-$30/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- Duration: 6 months with potential to extend
