About the Job:
- Provide administrative support for internal committees and volunteer groups.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, draft materials, arrange virtual logistics, and attend meetings to take minutes as needed.
- Ensure project timelines are followed through strategic streamlining of operations.
- Coordinate committee volunteer nomination processes.
- Provide additional support as needed to facilitate the work of these groups.
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
- 3-4+ years of experience in program coordination or administrative support in an association (or nonprofit) is required.
- Tech-savvy with strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Teams.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills with a customer service attitude.
About the Position:
- $67K-$72K, depending on experience.
