Our client, an association, is seeking Marketing Project Coordinator to join their team on a long-term temporary basis position in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Coordinate timelines, deliverable, and cross-functional communication for a research and data-focused project
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
- Monitor project budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes
- Maintain tracking tools, performance metrics, and reporting using Excel and task management systems
- Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting, summarize meetings, and improve documentation
- Develop and edit content for marketing, outreach, and internal communications
- Support social media scheduling, messaging, and performance tracking
- Assist with content optimization and basic analytics reporting
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with Excel and tracking metrics or KPIs
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital content platforms
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
- Proactive problem-solver with strong time management skills
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $33-$36/hr
- Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite
