Our client, a global footwear company located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for an Temporary Executive Assistant who is interested in sales, to join their team to cover for a leave. This position will start asap and continue on for about 6 months. It will be 4 days on-site while working 1 day from home and the hours are 9:00/9:30am-5:00/5:30pm. Compensation is up to $50/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Support Senior AE and Director-level responsibilities during maternity leave
- Maintain and support existing sales accounts
- Assist with order management and sales operations
- Build and manage Excel spreadsheets and sales support tools
- Coordinate and assist with internal and client meetings
- Communicate directly with clients in a customer-service-focused manner
- Support vendors and internal stakeholders
- Keep sales processes and documentation organized
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in sales and account management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
