We are partnering with a high-growth, technology-driven organization to identify a VP of Human Resources to lead and scale the HR function during a critical phase of growth.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a true player-coach role-owning HR strategy while remaining deeply hands-on across recruiting, talent management, and day-to-day operations. This individual will serve as the senior HR leader on-site and a key partner to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize end-to-end recruiting, with a focus on building strong pipelines across business-critical functions
- Own and enhance performance management, compensation cycles, and promotion frameworks
- Build and scale manager training and development programs
- Drive HR operations, including systems, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
- Serve as a cultural leader, helping shape a high-performance, fast-paced environment
- Partner closely with leadership to align HR strategy with business growth
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition, ideally across sales and/or technical functions
- Experience building or improving performance management and compensation programs
- Comfortable operating as a hands-on leader in a lean, high-growth environment
- Tech-forward mindset with an interest in leveraging AI and tools to drive efficiency
- Prior experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced environments preferred
