Our client, a global investment bank located in Midtown. Manhattan is looking for a LTT Executive Assistant to join their team. Role supports three Managing Directors, two VPs and team. This position will start on/around June 1st. Monday – Friday onsite, 8:30/9am – 5/5:30pm with flex for OT. Compensation is $40-$50/hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management
- Travel management
- Expense management
- Event management, including researching venue options, assisting with logistics for offsite events and conferences, and arranging catering
- Gatekeeping and managing phone calls
- Email management for the investment banking team
- Track progress and relevant engagement information in Salesforce and maintain knowledge of the engagement and deal process
- Set up and maintain office files, logs, directories, and manuals
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials as requested
- Respond to requests for assistance from other business units and provide support during downtimes
- Assist with training administrative assistants
- Handle ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in professional services or financial services/banking
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work autonomously with a focus on process improvement
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to exercise good business judgment with internal and external clients
