We are partnering with a leading global investment platform to identify an Administrative Coordinator to join their marketing and investor relations function. This individual will play a critical role supporting global initiatives and events. This is a highly visible, fast-paced opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities across internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a 3/2 hyrbid role.
The Role
- Coordinate global fundraising initiatives, including investor roadshows and outreach efforts
- Support the planning and execution of due diligence processes and investor meetings
- Assist in organizing large-scale investor events, conferences, and virtual programs
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events
- Maintain organized, high-quality communication and documentation standards across projects
Ideal Background
- Prior administrative experience in financial services
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, or event platforms
