About the Job:
- Manage C-suite executive’s calendar, inbox, and daily priorities
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and key deliverables across workstreams
- Draft and send professional communications on behalf of leadership
- Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to ensure alignment
- Manage contracts, vendors, and operational logistics
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in operations and administration, ideally from Capitol Hill, association, and/or start-up environments
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with senior leadership
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite & CRM platforms
About the Position:
- Salary range of $65K-85K + subsidy for healthcare
- Remote role, ideally based in the DC-area with some travel to events throughout the year
