Our client, an association, is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join their team on a temporary assignment in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Serve as the front-line point of contact for clients, handling high-volume inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide Tier 1-2 support across products, programs, and services, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records within CRM systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine client issues, escalating more complex inquiries as needed
- Follow up on inquiries to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
About You:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a nonprofit or membership-based organization preferred
About The Position:
- Temp assignment (3-4 months)
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $23-$25/hr
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite
- Metro Accessible!
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
