Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a PowerPoint Specialist for a 6-month contract role paying $40-45/hour, working 9:00am-5:00pm in a hybrid schedule at their Boston office. Job Responsibilities:
- Design and format PowerPoint presentations aligned with brand guidelines and industry best practices
- Create visually engaging slides, graphics, and charts to present complex information clearly
- Collaborate with team members to gather content and enhance presentation structure and design
- Edit and revise presentations to improve clarity, consistency, and overall impact
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Partner with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver compelling presentation materials
Candidate Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in PowerPoint design, ideally in a corporate or agency setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (templates, layouts, formatting, animations)
- Strong graphic design skills, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
