A global professional association is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide high-level support to the CEO and senior executives
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and high-volume communications
- Coordinate domestic/international travel with detailed itineraries and logistics
- Draft and edit emails, reports, presentations, and business documents
- Screen and prioritize communications; respond or redirect as needed
- Coordinate meetings, events, logistics, materials, and follow-ups
- Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage expenses and support special projects and research
- Support broader team needs and assist with light office operations
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving schedules
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of C-suite executive support experience (CEO-level required)
- Strong experience with complex calendaring, high-volume scheduling, and travel coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Professional, polished, and confident communicator
- Strong discretion handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
About The Position:
- Start Date: July 20!
- Duration: Through end of 2026
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- $30-$41/hr
- Fully onsite
