Our client, a real estate management firm is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis in Norfolk, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Serve as the front desk point of contact, answering and directing incoming calls
- Sort and distribute mail, sign for packages, and notify recipients
- Maintain office kitchens and restock supplies
- Assist with office catering setup and cleanup
- Create UPS shipping labels and support delivery coordination
- Use Excel and Outlook to communicate and route information
- Support general office operations in a corporate environment
About You:
- Customer service, administrative and phone experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and sitting or standing for extended periods
- Able to adhere to a professional dress code
About The Position:
- Start Date: June 17
- Temporary coverage (June 17-June 26, with the additional week of July 7 preferred)
- $18/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
