Our client, a national nonprofit, is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Bethesda, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Provide part-time administrative support to a Vice President and development team within a nonprofit organization
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements across time zones
- Serve as the primary liaison between the VP and internal staff, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Draft, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Support workflow tracking, task management, and cross-functional coordination
- Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the VP is prepared for meetings and deadlines
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Occasionally adjust hours to support a California-based executive
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative support experience required; experience supporting senior leaders strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Box, etc.)
- Experience in a nonprofit environment is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
About The Position
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $25-$27/hr
- Duration: Temporary, indefinite (open-ended until a full-time hire is made)
- Schedule: Approx. 20 hours/week
