Our client, a global boutique investment banking firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join their team. This position will start ASAP and will be on-site from Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Compensation is up to $22/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk reception duties and greet guests
- Coordinate hospitality calendar, meetings, and events
- Set up and break down meeting rooms, including food & beverage service
- Brew coffee and maintain beverage stations
- Handle daily kitchen restocking and organization
- Confirm catering orders and follow up with internal requestors
- Provide high-level customer service to employees and visitors
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing meetings, events, and hospitality services
- Comfortable with hands-on food & beverage setup
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
