Our client, a nonprofit social services organization, is seeking a Data Entry Assistant for a 4-month temporary assignment based fully onsite in Waltham. This role offers $22/hour and a 37.5-hour workweek, with schedule options of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong speed and accuracy
- Scan, organize, and maintain documentation and records
- Process and post checks following established procedures
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
- Support workflow within internal systems (including Provider Direct, if applicable)
- Assist with general administrative tasks and team collaboration
Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
