Our client, a leading global investment firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to join their team. This position will start on July 1st and go until November. It will be 5 days on-site between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM + overtime. Compensation is up to $44/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendaring and scheduling
- Travel coordination (domestic and international)
- Manage registrations and logistics (no event hosting)
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants
- Support 3 executives
- Assist senior executive with high-volume travel (flights, ground transportation, hotels)
- Provide meeting reminders and help manage transitions between meetings
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Strong Outlook skills (calendaring/scheduling)
- Concur experience a plus
- Background in professional services or finance preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills; direct and concise style
- Strong judgment and ability to prioritize
