A financial services firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Bethesda, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Maintain candidate data and reporting in the ATS, including weekly status updates
- Update offer letter templates and administer background checks
- Support new hire process (offer packages, announcements, onboarding, orientations)
- Maintain job descriptions and assist with assessment coordination
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate travel, and follow-up communications
- Support internship program coordination and university outreach
- Process invoices (expenses, testing, job boards)
- Assist HR team with employee files, documentation, reporting, and HR programs
- Provide general administrative support and assist with additional HR projects
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ year of professional office experience with HR/recruiting exposure
- Experience with ATS/HRIS preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: Temp-to-perm
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Permanent Salary: $55K-$70K
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite
