Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for professional-level roles. This position is responsible for driving hiring efforts from job requisition through offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, online databases, and professional networking to develop strong candidate pipelines
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide insights to support decision-making
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and role requirements
- Assist in offer development and salary negotiations to successfully close candidates
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Provide a high level of customer service and communication to both internal stakeholders and candidates
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably supporting professional-level roles
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of compensation practices, talent development strategies, and equal employment guidelines
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a high-volume or corporate recruiting environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
