Our client is seeking a high‑caliber Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a Partner within a private equity environment. This is a true 1:1 EA/PA role requiring exceptional calendar management, real‑time responsiveness, and the ability to operate seamlessly across both professional and personal priorities. The executive is a constant traveler with an extremely dynamic schedule, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment and enjoys being deeply embedded as a trusted right‑hand partner. Hours are typically 8:00am-6:00pm with flexibility required, and the role follows a hybrid schedule of four days and one day WFH onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑touch executive and personal support to a Partner in a true 1:1 capacity
- Manage an extremely complex, constantly changing calendar across multiple time zones
- Act as a strategic “schedule architect,” balancing competing priorities and travel constraints
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including private aviation where needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, executives, investors, and external partners
- Handle personal assistant responsibilities including personal calendar management and travel, bill pay, appointments, and household logistics
- Build detailed itineraries that account for business priorities, travel flow, and personal commitments
- Monitor travel conditions and proactively adjust plans to avoid disruption
- Coordinate meetings, events, and offsites, including full logistics and execution
- Process and track expenses with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain constant communication with the executive, including high responsiveness via phone/text throughout the day
Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders or Partners
- Prior EA/PA experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting an executive with global responsibilities
- Exceptional calendar management and prioritization skills
- Ability to operate in a high‑pressure, fast‑moving environment with constant changes
- Strong judgment and ability to make decisions independently
- Highly responsive, flexible, and comfortable with a 24/7 mindset when needed
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- High level of discretion handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
