Beacon Hill is partnering with a Chicago-based financial services organization on a Technical Recruiter contract opening supporting a highly visible and collaborative Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, wants exposure to leadership, and can step in and make an immediate impact.
This team is busy, growing, and incredibly hands-on, they are looking for someone who can jump in, take ownership, and help drive technical hiring forward.
What you will be doing
* Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, primarily focused on DevOps, engineering, and IT
* Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and move searches forward efficiently
* Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across technical disciplines
* Manage multiple open requisitions and build strong, active pipelines
* Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers while ensuring a strong candidate experience
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including participation in weekly team and executive reporting
What they are looking for
* 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles
* Experience recruiting for IT, engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps talent
* Strong sourcing skills including passive outreach and Boolean
* Comfortable working directly with hiring managers and leadership
* Highly organized with the ability to manage a high req load
* Strong communication skills, this is a very collaborative and high-visibility environment
