Our client, a mission driven nonprofit is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support membership growth and revenue
- Partner with internal teams to develop messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Support lead generation and collaborate with sales/business development teams
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimize results
- Manage marketing tools (HubSpot preferred) and reporting
- Oversee marketing budgets and coordinate with vendors as needed
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience (nonprofit/association preferred)
- Experience with campaign execution and performance tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: 6 months
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
- $37-$42/hr, depending on experience
