Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Serve as backup reception coverage
- Perform mail merges
- Use Salesforce for administrative and data-related tasks
- Handle Excel data entry and sorting
- Assist with general office needs and gap coverage
- Support upcoming office move
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Salesforce experience
- Mail merge experience
- Basic Excel skills (data entry and sorting)
- Willingness to assist with office move
- Comfortable working fully in office
