Job Title: Vehicle Service Representative (VSR)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Position Overview
Our client, a leader in automotive logistics, is seeking a Vehicle Service Representative (VSR) to support operations at their Vehicle Processing Center in Arlington, TX. This is an entry-level role with no prior experience required, ideal for candidates looking to start a career in automotive or logistics operations.
This position involves hands-on work preparing vehicles for customer pickup, including inspections, cleaning, and short-distance vehicle movement onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming vehicles for damage (scratches, dents, etc.) and complete inspection checklists and documentation
- Wash and prepare vehicles for customer delivery
- Move vehicles short distances (approx. 50 yards) from staging areas to pickup locations
- Coordinate vehicle readiness to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Work Environment
- Combination of outdoor and warehouse work
- Partial air-conditioned warehouse space
- Onsite breakroom and restroom facilities
- Fast-paced environment requiring frequent movement between vehicles and work areas
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stay active and move quickly between tasks throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail for vehicle inspections
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
