Our client, a mission driven nonprofit is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
* Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for a designated client group, providing strategic and operational support
* Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and team dynamics
* Manage day-to-day HR inquiries and provide guidance on policies, processes, and programs
* Coach leaders through performance issues, conflict resolution, and organizational challenges
* Partner on organizational change initiatives, including communication and team stabilization efforts
* Analyze people data, identify trends, and present insights and recommendations to leadership
* Support HR projects and initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Assist with reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR practices and processes
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 10+ years of HR business partnering, employee relations, or HR consulting experience
* Strong experience coaching senior leaders through complex employee relations and performance matters
* Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, strategic, and high-impact environment
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and sound judgment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present HR data to drive decisions
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* Duration: 6 months (temp-to-perm potential)
* $50-$58/hr
* Perm Salary Range: $155K-$165K
* Hybrid: 3 days onsite
