Our client, a mission based nonprofit, is seeking a Events & AV Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Support production of onsite, multi-site, and virtual meetings and events
- Manage AV and webinar requests through ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and technical execution
- Provide webinar support, including rehearsals, troubleshooting, and live event assistance
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful event delivery
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and presentation content
- Serve as a go-to resource for AV and webinar best practices
- Provide general event and operational support across meetings and initiatives
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of AV, webinar, or event production experience
- Experience supporting virtual and in-person events, including technical logistics
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams, GoToWebinar, ON24, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar)
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: 7 months
- $40-$44/hr
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite in DC
