New York-based Investment Management firm located in Midtown East, Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to support the Co-President and provide interim coverage while the full-time search is active. This position will start ASAP and will operate five days/week in-office between the hours of 8:30am- 5:30pm. Compensation up to $50/hour DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, high-volume calendar with frequent rescheduling of internal meetings
- Act as gatekeeper for firm-wide document signing requests
- Prioritize urgent vs. non-urgent approvals for executive
- Answer phones, take messages, and maintain professionalism
- Coordinate with legal team on document flow and execution
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Ability to prioritize and make judgment calls with guidance
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments preferred
- Finance or corporate experience preferred
