Our client is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Office Manager to support a dynamic renewable energy investment firm. This is a hands‑on, hospitality‑driven office operations role focused on ensuring the NYC office runs seamlessly day‑to‑day. The ideal candidate is organized, service‑oriented, and comfortable being highly visible while managing facilities, vendors, and employee experience. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm with some flexibility as needed, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations for a 75‑person NYC office
- Serve as the primary in‑office point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional office environment
- Proactively monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry, and meeting spaces
- Manage reception responsibilities and create a high‑touch guest experience
- Coordinate conference rooms, catering, and meeting logistics
- Support internal events, employee engagement, and onboarding initiatives
- Liaise with building management and vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Manage deliveries, mail, and day‑to‑day logistics
- Assist with facilities tracking, documentation, and vendor coordination
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office management, facilities, or workplace experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Service‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Comfortable interacting with all levels, including senior leadership
- Experience working in a corporate office environment preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $70K-$90K base salary + discretionary bonus
