Our client, a large association based in Falls Church, VA, is seeking a direct hire Digital Marketing leader to spearhead all paid media initiatives!
About the Job:
- Prepare and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for paid search, paid social, display, video, and other digital channels.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track, evaluate, and report on campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage the digital marketing budget including forecasting, allocation, and pacing, with the ability to report on budget numbers to leadership.
- Manage and mentor a small team, while providing project direction across departments.
About You:
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience, with 3+ years of management experience, required.
- A bachelors degree is required.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Strong communications skills with a passion for collaboration and team growth.
About the Position:
- Salary range of $110K-$120K (DOE) with annual bonus potential.
