Our client, a financial services organization is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent in Richmond, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to customers, financial professionals, and business partners
- Assist with insurance claims, policy information, and account inquiries
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Meet performance metrics while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Navigate multiple systems to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries
- Cross-train across additional product lines after completing initial training
About You:
- 1+ year of contact center or call center experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide professional and empathetic customer support
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and navigate multiple systems
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
- Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $20/hr
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Call center hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (must be open to all shifts)
