Our client, a professional services organization is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a temporary basis in Falls Church, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Provide day-to-day support for two commercial properties, serving as a key point of contact for tenants and vendors
- Coordinate tenant relations, including responding to inquiries, handling walk-ins, and supporting move-ins and move-outs
- Assist with lease administration, property records, and maintaining accurate tenant information
- Process invoices, payments, and tenant bill-backs while supporting financial reporting activities
- Manage work orders and tenant service requests to ensure timely resolution of property issues
- Prepare service contracts, vendor documentation, and certificates of insurance
- Conduct regular property inspections and support relationships with service providers
- Provide administrative support including phones, correspondence, filing, and office operation
About You:
- 2+ years of commercial property management or related experience required
- Strong tenant relations and customer service experience
- Experience processing invoices, payments, and lease administration tasks
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tenant-facing environment with frequent interruptions
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Experience with Yardi and/or Building Engines preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $28-$30/hr
- Fully onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
